How is your product quality?

We have been told our quality and workmanship is higher than most other suppliers by dozens of people over many years all over the country including by Rockshop owners & Gemstone experts, so we are confident you will like the product. We carefully handpick each item, whether Gemstone or Wood and have the quality inspected to ensure that we only have top quality products. 

How can I care for my Bracelets, Malas & Rosaries?

To keep your bracelets, malas & rosaries in great condition, avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals or prolonged moisture. Gently wipe them with a soft cloth after use to maintain their beauty and integrity. If you feel the need to cleanse them spiritually, you can use sage or other cleansing methods that resonate with you. It is not recommended to swim or shower with your bracelets, malas or rosaries as that can accelerate wear.

What is your return policy?

We offer a no-hassle return policy for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of your order date. Please contact us to arrange for return shipping. Please ensure that your return is post-marked within this timeframe. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are defective or you received the wrong items.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship out the same day if placed before 9 AM PT, or within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 1-10 business days, depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the continental USA. For orders below $35, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage and charge actual shipping cost. Please note that shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders may vary based on weight and destination.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@worldprayerbeads.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim and will send out a replacement immediately. Please keep the original packaging and contents for inspection by the carrier.

Can I ship to locations outside the USA?

Yes, we now offer shipping to select locations worldwide. To check if your country is eligible, simply add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout to see if your country appears in the dropdown menu.
